Emily Carpenter, known as Em, started her design career in 2007 with a local record label. She gained experience at a print and design shop, then became Head of Design & Production at a commercial signage company. Later, she served as Creative & Marketing Director for a large entertainment venue while remaining committed to a variety of freelance clients.

 

Em has extensive experience that has improved her communication, networking, project management, and adaptability skills. She graduated summa cum laude at top of her class in Digital Media Design, earning multiple awards and winning several design competitions along the way.

 

With a proven skill set and a long-standing vision for a comprehensive design and print company to support small businesses, Hard Row was established in 2023.
